Training & Progress
What does RPE mean?
RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion. It's on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is very easy and 10 is maximum effort. We use it to help you gauge how hard a set felt, which helps us suggest appropriate weights for your next session.
How is my estimated 1-rep max calculated?
We use the Epley formula, based on the top set you log each session — the weight and reps you get for your best set. It's an estimate, not a lab test, so day-to-day variation is normal. Look at the overall trend over time rather than any single number.
How are the suggested weights for my next set worked out?
We look at your most recent session for that exercise. If you hit the top of your target rep range comfortably, we'll suggest a small increase. If you were under your rep range or it felt very hard, we'll suggest holding at the same weight. It's a starting point — always adjust based on how you're actually feeling that day.
What does "Suggest Alternative" do, and why is it limited?
If an exercise isn't available to you (equipment, injury, personal preference), this finds a substitute that targets the same muscle group and movement pattern at a similar difficulty. On the free plan this is available a limited number of times per month; Pro removes that limit.
What's the deload reminder?
After a run of consistent training weeks (you choose how many, in Settings), we'll nudge you to take a lighter deload week. This helps manage fatigue over time. It's just a reminder — training through it is entirely your call.
Can I switch between kg and lb?
Yes — go to Settings → Weight Unit. This applies across the whole app, including your logged history.
Your Data & Account
How do I clear my workout data?
Go to Settings → Your Data → Delete Workout History. This permanently removes your logged workouts and sets. Your account, routines, and settings are not affected. This can't be undone.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Point of No Return → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — routines, workout history, everything.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion here:
Account Deletion.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your workout data is tied to your account and only accessible by you. See our
Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.
