These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GymGeek (the "App"), provided by GymGeek ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use GymGeek.
GymGeek provides training suggestions based on your own logged data. These suggestions are informational only and are not medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the App and act on its suggestions at your own risk.
GymGeek offers a free tier with core tracking functionality and a Pro tier with additional features, offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your app store account. You can cancel at any time through your app store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Certain free-tier features, such as off-plan exercise substitutions, are limited in frequency and reset monthly. These limits may change as the App evolves.
Free-tier use of the App includes advertising served through Google AdMob. Pro-tier subscribers do not see ads.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt its operation, access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You may delete your workout history or your entire account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, routines, and workout data from our systems.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GymGeek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
